Few more scraps from the mountain of tabs:
Feeling quite demotivated by all the local gov reorganisation talk. Having been part of something similar in the past it meant years of stress and time taken away from working on good work, with less power for teams to make decisions about their work. Lots of in fighting and siloed working as everyone puts up walls to try and ensure they are the essential people that need to be kept on in the impending restructures.
Ultimately it was the reason I left my last organisation.
As a resident I can see why efficiencies and simplicity are needed.
But as an employee.... bleuuurgghhhhh 😐
